Are there any other requirements?
You may enter from wherever you live, even in the United States. You do not have to speak English or have a relative living in the United States. You need not have a job or any certain amount of money to enter, however, if you win, you must be able to show that you can support yourself in the U.S.A. You cannot be a criminal or a threat to U.S. interests. You may enter even if you have another visa petition pending.
